As much as we value your patronisation, we seek and thank you for your patience, cooperation, and kind understanding to our therapists. Please buy your ticket if you can afford the time to wait especially during peak periods; not limited to weekends, eve of Public Holidays, PH & evenings.

Please kindly note that our therapists reserve the rights not to accept customers 1 hour before their breaks and before shop stated closing times, for housekeeping matters and serving customers who have already purchased their tickets. Our shop operating hours may also be shortened and subjected to last minute changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as medical/ compassionate/ urgent family leave resulting in temporary shortage of staff for the affected days.

Due to tight manpower and labour constraint, kindly note that some of our outlets may have only one therapist on duty during certain days of the week. In such situations, our shop will be closed temporarily during meal / toilet / rest breaks. The timing for temporary shop closure will be displayed on the notice board located at the individual outlet entrance. Take care & stay safe!
