As an express facial salon, we seek your kind understanding that Kskin provides basic makeup removal service prior to facial service. However, our therapists reserve the right to decline serving customers with full or heavy makeup. Customers with full or heavy makeup include mascara, concealer, eyeliner, eyeshadow, foundations, etc. You are kindly advised to remove your make up before your service queue number is called.

If you have missed your queue number for any reason, kindly inform our beauticians politely, our beauticians will try to serve you as soon as possible.

If there are other customers waiting in the queue, you will have to wait for 2 customers to have their turns before you are allowed to rejoin the queue after them. Should you miss the queue again for another time, the same rule applies and you will have to wait for another 2 customers to have your turn called again.

Kindly inform our beauticians if you are pregnant so we can remove any radio frequency steps. Otherwise, please avoid our Neck Care, Eye Care, and V-Lift treatments as they contain radio-frequency steps. Your fetus and your safety are our utmost concern, so do consult your gynaecologist before choosing your treatment.
We recommend pregnant customers opt for our Combo A, which does not include any radio frequency steps and is safe for expectant mothers.

We offer our facial treatments to everyone regardless of race, gender, or nationality. Everyone is welcome to patronise Kskin, including work permit holders and domestic helpers. Kskin is a pay-per-visit facial salon, so no prior appointment is required before heading down.

Everyone is welcome to enjoy our facial treatments at Kskin, including children and teenagers. Kskin facials are suitable for children and teenagers because we use proprietary solutions that are gentle on young skin, along with techniques that cleanse, hydrate, and care for their skin without causing irritation.

Please kindly note that our therapists reserve the rights not to accept customers 1 hours before shop stated closing times, for housekeeping matters and serving customers who have already purchased their tickets. Our shop operating hours may also be shortened (therefore earlier closure) and subjected to last minute changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as medical/ compassionate/ urgent family leave resulting in temporary shortage of staff for the affected days.

Due to tight manpower and labour constraint, kindly note that some of our outlets may have only one therapist on duty during certain days of the week. In such situations, our shop will be closed temporarily during meal / toilet / rest breaks. The timing for temporary shop closure will be displayed on the notice board located at the individual outlet entrance.

We understand that some of our customers may have facial hair concerns, and we’re here to address them. If you have a beard, there’s no need to shave it off just for your facial appointment. Our skilled therapists will focus on the areas without hair, such as your T-zone, to ensure you receive maximum benefit from your facial.

For those who typically shave whether you’re clean-shaven or sporting stubble, we recommend shaving before your appointment. Shaving helps our products penetrate the skin more effectively ensuring you get the best result from your facial treatments.

If this is your first time visiting Kskin Facial, we highly recommend you try our cleansing treatment or Combo Treatment A (Cleanse and Glow).

Our treatment steps, solutions and machine settings have been designed and programmed with customer safety and efficacy in mind. If you are a customer with sensitive skin, we do not recommend doing Cleanse, Glow, and V-Lift all as one treatment.

Our therapists are trained to assess each customer’s skin condition and address relevant skin-related questions to ensure that the treatment provided is appropriate for their individual skin needs.
• ● Therapist Breaks: Scheduled meal and rest breaks may also affect the pace of the queue.
• ● Customers Ahead of You: The queue may move faster if customers ahead are not present when their turn is called. Conversely, a customer may require additional time due to consultation or other circumstances.
• ● Quality of Care: We prioritise giving every customer thorough and attentive care rather than rushing a treatment simply to meet a predicted waiting time.

Because the circumstances and treatment duration can vary for every customer ahead of you, it is not possible for the app to accurately predict the waiting time.

Rather than displaying an estimated waiting time that may be inaccurate and create false expectations, the Kskin app provides your live queue position so that you can monitor the queue remotely and plan your visit accordingly.

We appreciate your understanding that every customer’s treatment journey is different. When it is your turn, our therapists will give you the same dedicated care and attention that we provide to every Kskin customer.

The recommended age is 21 years old. We encourage our customers to start at a young age as a preventive treatment. This is because dark spots and melanin production will increase as one ages above 40 years old.

We recommend a weekly session here at Kskin coupled together with ur home care illuminating serum and Vitamin C Serum. It is strongly encouraged to use our serums on a daily basis consecutively for a duration of 3-6 months to achieve the best results.

This treatment is non-invasive and there is no downtime.

By having regular treatment at Kskin, acne scars can be lightened and faded off. In addition, consecutive weekly treatments and home care regiment must be taken to ensure results.
