FAQ
Is the Kskin app free?
Yes. The Kskin app is free to download on the App Store and Google Play, and creating your account is free too.
What do I get when I join?
Two welcome gifts, ready as soon as you sign up. An AI Skin Analysis that reads your skin and shows you what it needs, and a $5 voucher to spend on anything in the app.
How do I use my $5 welcome voucher?
You'll find it in the app once you've joined. Use it on any facial, treatment, add-on or product in the app.
Can I join the queue before I get to the outlet?
Yes. The app shows the live queue at every outlet, so you can see how busy each one is, join the queue from wherever you are and get a notification as your turn gets close. Keep notifications on and stay nearby when you're almost up. We don't take appointments, so everyone is served on a first come, first served basis.
I'm next in the queue. Why am I not being served right away?
Being next means you're the following guest, but our therapist may still be caring for the guest before you. Wait times can go beyond 30 minutes, so thank you for your patience.
Why doesn't the app show an estimated waiting time?
Every facial is personal, so no two visits take the same amount of time. A few things affect how fast the queue moves.
- Treatments run 15 or 30 minutes, and longer with add-ons
- Some guests need a skin consultation or advice after their facial
- Our therapists take scheduled meal and rest breaks
- The queue speeds up when someone ahead isn't there when called
Rather than show a guess that could be wrong, the app gives you your live queue position so you can keep an eye on it and plan your visit. When it's your turn, you'll get the same unhurried care as every Kskin guest.
What happens if I miss my queue number?
If your number is called and you're not there, you'll need to rejoin at the back of the queue at the same outlet. You can rejoin up to 2 times. If you miss your number again after that, your ticket is forfeited and can't be refunded.
Running late or can't make it? Leave the queue in the app any time before your ticket is forfeited, and your ticket turns into an in-app voucher of the same value, ready to use within 30 days at the same outlet where you bought your ticket.
How do points and tiers work?
You earn up to 2× points on every facial, add-on and product, plus birthday treats every year.
There are three tiers, Basic, Premium and Diamond. Everyone starts on Basic for free, and the more you glow with us, the higher you climb. Each step up earns you more points on every visit, and your new tier is yours for 12 months.
Your points stay active as long as you keep earning. If no new points are added for 12 months, your balance expires.
